Delivery Zones

  • Metropolitan France (including Corsica)

Delivery Times

Metropolitan France: 3 to 5 business days
Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands: 4 to 7 business days
Switzerland: 5 to 8 business days

Delivery times are indicative and run from the payment validation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Metropolitan France: €4.90 with tracking
Free shipping on orders over €35
EU / Switzerland: €9.90 with tracking

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order on the Track My Order page.

Packaging

All our products are shipped in recycled cardboard packaging, protected against shocks. No unnecessary plastic packaging.

Delay or Lost Package

If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check the status via your tracking link
  2. Contact your relay point or postman
  3. If still nothing after an additional 7 business days, contact us at mat_sam2@icloud.com

In accordance with Article L216-2 of the French Consumer Code, in case of a delivery delay exceeding 7 business days, you can ask us to cancel your order and be fully refunded.

Incorrect Address or Refused Package

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal, reshipment costs will be at your expense.

Customs (Switzerland Only)

For deliveries to Switzerland, customs fees may apply depending on the order amount. These fees are your responsibility and collected by the carrier upon delivery.
