General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Effective as of May 22, 2026
Article 1 - Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Coconia (sole proprietorship of Matthew SAME, SIRET 885 249 458 00013, hereinafter referred to as "the Seller") and any adult individual acting as a consumer (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer") making a purchase on the coconia.store website. Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
Article 2 - Products
The products offered on the website are described with the greatest possible accuracy. The photographs illustrating the products are not contractually binding. The essential characteristics of the products are described on each product page.
Article 3 - Price
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). VAT is not applicable under the basic exemption (article 293 B of the CGI). Delivery costs are indicated separately before order validation.
Article 4 - Order
The order is validated upon acceptance of payment by the Customer. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided by the Customer, summarizing the ordered products, their price, and the delivery address.
Article 5 - Payment
Purchases are paid online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, or via PayPal. The debit is made at the time of order validation. Transactions are secured by SSL encryption.
Article 6 - Delivery
Products are shipped to the delivery address indicated by the Customer. Average delivery time: 3 to 5 working days in mainland France, tracking included.
In case of a delay exceeding 7 working days, the Customer may contact us to obtain a refund (article L216-2 of the Consumer Code).
Article 7 - Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason or pay any penalties.
To exercise this right, the Customer must notify their decision by email to mat_sam2@icloud.com. The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused and complete. Return costs are borne by the Seller.
Refund is made within 14 days after receipt of the returned product, using the payment method used during the purchase. See our return policy for the detailed procedure.
Article 8 - Legal Guarantees
All products benefit from:
- The legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 to L217-17 of the Consumer Code): 2 years from delivery
- The legal guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code): 2 years from discovery of the defect
Article 9 - Customer Service
Any question, complaint, or request can be addressed to mat_sam2@icloud.com. A response is guaranteed within 24 to 48 working hours.
Article 10 - Personal Data
The data collected during your order is necessary for its processing. In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, and object. See our privacy policy.
Article 11 - Consumer Mediation

Article 12 - Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These GTC are governed by French law. In case of a dispute and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the competent court will be that of the defendant's domicile or that of the actual place of delivery of the product.
